Energy Assistance Programs

Allegheny Power has programs to assist those who are having trouble paying their power bills. If you need assistance, or know someone who does, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-Allegheny (1-800-255-3443) so that we can discuss payment plans or special programs for eligible customers. We also work with assistance agencies across our four-state service area and can refer customers to local programs that may be able to help.
