West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund
(WPPSEF)
The WPPSEF was originally established in 1998 as part of a settlement agreement with West Penn Power and the Public Utility Service Commission. The fund was created to provide financing to develop and/or support projects that will conserve energy, promote sustainable and clean energy sources, and educate Pennsylvanians about conservation and the environment.
