You can get an instant West Penn Power rebate when you buy a qualifying bulb at Home Depot, Lowes, Sam’s Club or Walmart. For a list of qualifying CFLs and locations participating in our CFL Point of Sale Program, click here. If you purchase CFLs at other retailers, you will need to fill out the rebate coupon.
