ENERGY STAR Home Advisor - You can get customized recommendations for improving energy efficiency and comfort at home by using EPA’s new online ENERGY STAR Home Advisor.  By entering your Zip Code and some basic information, you can see recommended home improvement projects to increase energy efficiency and comfort

ENERGY STAR @ Home - The interactive ENERGY STAR @ Home Tool takes you on a room-by-room tour of a house to teach about energy-efficiency offer ideas that can save money, protect the environment, and improve year-round comfort.

West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund (WPPSEF)
The WPPSEF was originally established in 1998 as part of a settlement agreement with West Penn Power and the Public Utility Service Commission.  The fund was created to provide financing to develop and/or support projects that will conserve energy, promote sustainable and clean energy sources, and educate Pennsylvanians about conservation and the environment. PA Home Energy Program
The PHE is a program created to provide homeowners with access to certified contractors who can facilitate a state-of-the-art energy audit, make recommendations on improvements, and offer resources to implement those improvements via a network of trained and certified contractors.  To learn more about this program, please visit their web site at www.pahomeenergy.com.
