Web Site Changes

Allegheny Power recently made revisions to our web site to improve functionality and navigation. Customers now have the ability to view state-specific features by clicking on the drop down arrow below and selecting their state.

Once on the new page, the drop down boxes will allow you to see your choices and provide options such as: checking your account balance, information on assistance programs, bill payment locations, technical information and on-line service requests.

Click on this link for information on how to report a power outage, or call us at 1-800-Allegheny (1-800-255-3443), 24 hours a day. For information, business, and account calls, please call between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
